1. Personalized Products

Return Policy

At Rosatopia, we want every order to feel special—and just right. Because each of our items is custom-made, occasional issues can happen. Our quality control team reviews every piece before it ships, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery using our contact form.

  • Include your name, order number, and a description of the issue.

  • Attach a clear photo of the problem to help us resolve it quickly.

  • If needed, we may ask you to return the item for inspection.

  • Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for non-faulty personalized items, as each product is made to order.

  • For faulty items, we may request return shipping using a trackable service (e.g., USPS Priority Mail or UPS). If your item is confirmed faulty, we may reimburse your return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition to qualify for a replacement or remedy.

  • Used items are not eligible for returns due to workmanship but may qualify for alternative solutions.


Refund Policy

We understand that plans change! That’s why we allow a 60-minute window after placing your order to make edits or request a cancellation.

  • Contact us within 60 minutes for a full refund.

  • After 60 minutes, your order enters production and materials are allocated. Cancellations may qualify for a partial refund, depending on the status of the item.

Once your order arrives:

  • If you’re unhappy for any reason, reach out within 10 days.

  • We’ll assess each situation individually and always aim to make it right.

Before ordering, please double-check:

  • Text: Make sure all names, phrases, and spellings are accurate.

  • Sizes: Refer to our size charts and measure carefully before selecting.

We review every personalized order on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve concerns with care.


2. Non-Personalized Products

Return & Refund Policy

For non-custom items, you may request a cancellation within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and returned within 10 days of submitting your request.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. Examples include:

  • Print issues

  • Product defects

Rosatopia will determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing fault.


3. Cancellations

Within 60 Minutes

You have 60 minutes after placing your order to make changes or cancel.

  • Use our contact form to request a full refund within this time.

  • After this window, the order will begin production, and standard return policies will apply.
