- Each of our products is custom-made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow up to 5 business days for production after your order is placed. This production time is separate from the shipping time.

- Shipping times are dependent on the carrier's schedules and the destination of your order.
- Please be aware that shipping times may vary, particularly during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
- We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
