At Rosatopia, we understand that you're excited to receive your custom-made items. We strive to provide you with a seamless shipping experience, while keeping you informed about our production and delivery process.

Production Time:

  • Each of our products is custom-made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow up to 5 business days for production after your order is placed. This production time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times:

  • We utilize reliable shipping carriers, USPS and UPS, to deliver your orders.
  • Shipping times are dependent on the carrier's schedules and the destination of your order.
  • Please be aware that shipping times may vary, particularly during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
  • We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.   
  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays.
  • However, we are committed to partnering with you and providing regular updates on any expected delays. We will work diligently to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.   

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
